dusty blog... TIME TO DO SOME UPDATING!! XD

OMG when was the last time i updated my blog? it feels so long haha :P

anyway, just a brief update on all the thinngs that happened from april to may. :D

APRIL~~

i swear, lots of crazy stuff happened (ok la not really crazy, but these events will drive u mad. trust me.)

first up, my birthday. 

just wanted to test all my friends, and so i hid my birthdate in my facebook profile. hehe :P

thought at least someone would remember, but that doesn't seem like the case. :(

but thanks to si hao, i finally got some job of responding to the birthday wishes that suddenly pop out on my facebook wall haha :D

other than that, some people wished me during school hours. i was also attacked by a birthday song from my classmates during maths lesson LOL, in front of my CT some more!! haha :P

next, badminton A-Divisions. 

our school is against the top schools. scary~~~~

RI, ACJ, SAJ, and VJ. who's nt scared? haha :P

it's not really sad that we can't make it to the quarter finals (eventhough we won SAJ, but we lost to the three other schools T_T)

the sad part is just....

i played only once out of the 20 games, it was against RI, and my sole purpose there is just to "entertain" them. (that's what our coach said)

seriously, what's the point of training so long when your job is just to entertain people? 

hate it. ugh. 

MAY

went for choir SYF. the SOTA 'concert hall' is damn scary i tell you (i am not sure what room its called and hence the inverted commas haha :P)

finished singing, and when the whole choir comes out of the hall, everyone was like...

"...confirm bronze already la..."

" i think i sing wrongly sia..." etc etc.

but if you have already sing your best, why bother about all these? 

and the results show...(it was around 5pm but i didn't go LOL. waiting for the result SMS in school haha :P)

WE GOT A SILVER!! :D 

well the result was quite out of the blue for most of us (i think, cos most of us really anticipated a bronze :P) nevertheless, happy enough. :)

and few days after that... 

my CT gave me a call when i was in school at around 7+am in the morning, to meet him asap.

and what he talked to me about is...HOMEWORK. 

its actually about overdue homework, and he wanted me to list down ALL that i owe from the start of the year until now. FML. who can remember sia? >:(

just two days ago....

26th SL investiture. 

wanted to go, but in the end went to study/do homework with glenn instead. 

and the pictures that my SL friends that night...

they reminded me of my last year's exoerience as a SL elect. feel damn sad. TT^TT

and JUST NOW...

bought myself a new earpiece!! haha :D

its the same as my current one, just that my current one is going to malfunction soon enough. :P

 track and field is coming up soon. heats is already over, so now i need to prepare to receive a medal on the day itself haha :P (i think i gt third for shot putt, but that one is not confirmed yet cos there are some pending people. tsk tsk. dun try to take away my FIRST medal in my jc life ar!! XD)

and oh, i donated a $10 to YJ-Japan disaster Fund. happy happy. :D
and it's APRIL FOOL. and my plan did not work cos i forgot about it. LOL


during badminton training, went super pissed off with the J1s.
so pissed off to the extent that i need to raise my voice at them.
long time never did this, and i really didn't want to do this.
but their bad attitudes and the behaviors towards us the seniors are just unbearable.
i shouldn't be the one caring about all this, but... i just can't stand it.
plus maybe because of this i went too worked up:

thanks to the result and the broken earpiece. UGH. 
after training, went out with fu en, zhong yu and ernest for dinner and a game of pool. 
lucky that jason phuah never followed us along, if not, my ears will become the victims of his words again. :)




Saturday: 
choir training. and i was late for like 2 minutes. ZZZZZZZ
training went on quite well, i guess. 
and during the break period......
saw ji mei and i was like "OMG" at her wearing a black dress for the guitar SYF rehearsal (i guess ...)
its so not like her. haha :P
but she looked quite fine in the dress. :D (please don't misunderstand ar... :P)
after choir training, super exhausted.
and i just realised that i might not have the chance to go for choir SYF cos of badminton A-Division. 
but nevermind, i m ok with not going for SYF cos i had the experience before. haha :D


and now i shall continue stalking people and tweet a lot to lighten my mood. haha :D

so many things happened for the month of February and March..........

and time really really flies. 

now is already the end of March. OMG!! 

maybe i will just do a breeze-version of February and march instead..

February: 

CVD (fyi its kind of like a fun fair event) in our school. and my class is doing carwashing. :D 

quite tiring, but the event was fun though. :D

eventhough the earning is not as high as the of the haunted house. tsk. >:/

and oh, got choir performance. but i think our performance was like cui. (anyone who sees this dun be angry ar) :P

March (where bunches of things happened):

first thing, NAPFA test. the one i dun really have much hope on, given my big size...haiz (i really want to get a silver for it. I REALLY DO. eventhough i dunnid to go for NS because i m not a singaporean. haha :P)

and so the results of the 5 stations goes like this:
Sit Up - A
10m Shuttle Run - B
Sit & Reach - B
Pull Up - Fail :(
Standing Broad Jump - Fail :((
2.4 - FAIL :(((

well failing anything other than 2.4 is fine cos i dun need to redo the whole thing all over again. but now, my 2.4...GG-ed.  TT^TT

second thing, my laptop.....
it fell on the cement floor and gg-ed.
starting from then, the laptop becomes laggy, the hard disk failing warning keeps popping up, and now, after i recovered the OS back to default factory config, it DIED. literally.
now i need to go and find a new internal hard disk for my com....which, i think, will be quite costly.  :(


the next thing, block test.
conclusion about it: A TOTAL DISASTER.
did not have much confidence for biology and mathematics, but others should be fine.
oh, and 23/3 was my best friend's birthday. :) happy birthday sihao!! :D
got him a figurine and a phonestrap.
hope he will like it. :x

the week following that....(specifically yesterday)
got back my bio paper. and as expected, i failed the paper. TERRIBLY. 
28/100....
and i can't do much thing about it.

the following day...(i.e. today..)
woke up in the morning, feeling super depressed.
a malfunctioning earpiece (only the right side can be used). this worsens my day.
and when i was on my way to school, i killed another snail. ACCIDENTALLY.
and then i was wondering how many times have i been stepping on snails and squashing them since last year.
don't want to kill more innocent living things... :(

IN A NUTSHELL!!
hope today will be over soon enough.
annd TMR IS THE START OF APRIL!! XD
but that means the time that i m going to be older is coming nearer....
seriously, can i stay as young as i want to? :(

CAMP EXCEL!!!! XD

wah these 6 days have finally come to an end.
too much things happened, and i was so busy that i had no time to blog!! :(
especially on friday....
got a debate against another class.
fricking nervous...
but in the end we won!! XD

this morning went back to school. not to study, but to attend Camp Excel.
(exclusively for sports CCA only. hahas :P)
and OMG only two of us from badminton were there!!
if i decided not to come the captain Si Hao will sure be lonely. hahas :P

the day starts with a talk from Mr. Theddus Lawrence.
quite inspirational, and the short clip from the movie "Facing the Giants"
IS SO ENCOURAGING!!

i almost cried out when the clip finished cos the scene is very touching!!
(eventhou it is just around 6 mins. haha :D)


after that, we went for a break before going for wrestling.
took a munch of Gardenia Twiggies during the break.

so wrestling period.........
do some warm ups...
AND I DIN KNOW THAT THEY DO OVERHEAD ROLLS AS WARMUPS. COOL!! XD
then before the end of the activity, had some wrestling among the group.
and then after the activity, Si Hao said i pangseh-ed him cos he got no one else to partner with for wrestling. VERY SORRY!! :(


then we went for another talk.
this talk is dam freaking fun. at the start of the talk we were already ''psycho-ed'' to sleep. hahas :P
and the rest of the talk, we went through in half-asleep half-awake mode. hahas :P


and it's lunchtime!! XD
lunchboxes are prepared by the the western food stall in the canteen.
Si Hao and i finished a total of 4 boxes.
and (i think) the chicken chops are just too salty.

loafing around til 1.30pm before we went for another talk.
now it talks about food.
nothing much really, except high sugar, high energy. hahas :P

cos after the whole camp my body was aching like mad, i decided to go and buy Panaflex and Counterpain cream.
arriving at basement 1 of northpoint, walked into guardian, and looked for the two items.
then a promoter walked to me and gave me a free sample of Panaflex. HOW NICE!! XD
and summore she told me not to buy the Counterpain cream cos it is too expensive. she told me ahe bought it at 3.50 instead of 6.20 dollars.
THANKS A LOT AUNTIE FOR THE INFORMATION!! should go check out the chinese medicine shops around yishun tomorrow to get the cheap stuff. hahas :P

shall try out the progressive relaxation programme soon (learnt about it during the ''sleeping'' talk. hahas :P)

PROCESS OF LIFE...in the last few days :P

woohoo finally the weekends!! can take some rest!! :D
couldn't say TGIF yesterday cos it was kinda like hell.
got science research presentation to run to, and CCA to attend.
CLASHES (as usual).
some more on tuesday itself i got three things to attend at the same time
(i.e. science research project, badminton, and debate clinic)
this one can be counted as a not-so-tiring one alr.

AND I THINK I WAS SICK FOR THE WHOLE WEEK. :(
didn't take MC cos its too expensive for me.
anyways, for the science research presentation, our group came out with a quite short presentation. (i think)
all because our project started quite late, thanks to lack of materials.
and then, bombarded by questions. and lucky jonathan chu handled all of them (eventhough i think he was talking cock. hahas :P)

after that, straightaway ran for CCA training.
it lasts for only one hour (for me. hahas :P. cos they started at around 3pm and i went in at like 6pm)
but during the games, i think i played like shit.
cos i missed quite lots of trainings.
AND I ALMOST SPARINED MY ANKLE.


after training, went to find jonathan lau, nixon and xing rong to wait for wenying for dinner together.
and charles tagged along.
sadly xing rong had to leave for tuition while we were waiting for wenying.
and then we ate at McDonalds (yet again. i tried to control myself from fast food but everyone else just wants to go there. SIGH.)
and jonathan pangseh-ed me after the dinner. :'(
said want to go buy some stuff with wenying. hahas :P
but nevermind, got charles to pei me walk home :)

this morning....
went for CIP. basically its CNY performance for the elderly at Sembawang Park.
and i was 15 minutes late, thanks to hired and on-call taxis.

had some fun among ourselves during the performance, and then went with some of the choir members for lunch. :)
the tom yam mee hun kueh was really really nice. :D (but i had no idea why i was sweating lot. maybe it was too hot? :P)

then totally slcaked throughout the afternoon once i reached home. :P
and then after having my dinner at the coffee shop nearby just now, my teeth started to get itchy again.
and then i came across this:

this totally brings back the childhood memories that i had a long long time ago. :)

these two days have been tiring, and i was really sick.
no idea why i felt like vomiting during PE yesterday. :(
and today, body really not feeling well.
and i think i inherited sore throat from jonathan lau. thanks arh. :P

luckily it wasn't so bad these two days, after all. :)
yesterday i had fun with the new choir members during choir orientation camp!! :)
but the amazing race game was abit weird.
how are we supposed to act out the places huh? :/

today, i was supposed to go three places at the same time:
science research experiment, debate clinic and badminton training cun trial for J1s.

decided to skip the debate clinic and went for the experiment first. :)
had the first-time hands on for my science research project.
well the experiment wasn't that hard to set-up, but the tedious part is the wait.
had around one and a half hours doing column chromatography.
bored til jonathan chu and i started playing around with hexane. hahas :D

after that i went for CCA training.
luckily i skipped all the warm-up stuff, so its not so tiring for me.
than had a doubles game with zhongyu as partner against the J1s, but we lost. :(
21-17.
but nevermind, its not a real match after all. :)

WAH i think this week i will be darn frickin busy, and my only free day, Sunday will most likely be used for homeworks. :(

DAY 1 (27/1/2011):
first day of taking the responsibility as an OGL.
but i felt i would rather go do admin stuff instead of interacting with the new faces of J1s. 
cos once i talked to them, they replied very softly. 
some even "........." and stared at me. 
made me feel so silly of myself. :(
luckily syafiqah, christopher (OGLs in the same group as me), Tim Jee and Peijeng (Peirce House Excos) come to help. ARIGATO VERY MUCH!! x)


after that, our OG11 played quite well in the inter-OG games :)
looks like the bonded quite well during the OG bonding, eh? :)






DAY 2 (28/1/2011):
subject registeration for the J1s. :)
after that, whole day of fun ( and tiredness) xD, with mass dance practice and college race coming along.
and they give out a best OG award this year. (sadly last year we dun have this kind of thing :{ )
AND MORE SADLY, our OG 11 didn't get the award. 
but it's ok. :)
MORE MORE SADLY, this day was the last day (so-called) to be together with our OG mates. 
cos they are going to be seperated into CTG on monday, i.e. 31/1. 
SAD SAD SAD. :(






DAY 3 (31/1/2011):
CTG reshuffling. 
got some old faces appearing in the CTG that we were in charged of, but mostly new faces. haha :)
then the OGLs and the house exco (i believed most do) acted like siao during the house showcase. hahas
AND MY SASH DROPPED DURING THE HOUSE SHOWCASE!! :O
lucky it nvr got dirty. :)
afterv that, some CTG bonding. :)
SADLY ALL BCOS OF THE RAIN, yishun amazing race was moved into school. so sian..
but looks like most of the J1s were having fun. :)








DAY 4, i.e LAST DAY (1/2/2011):
the OGLs went back to lessons. SAD SAD :(
but then we joined the J1s back in the later noon. :)
then some house competition training ( mainly cheers and mass dance),
AND ONCE EVERYONE IS BACK IN THE HALL, THE COMPETITION STARTED. 
Peirce's mass dance couple got the first. 
but Rodney was the overall winner. 
glad for them :))


AND JAM AND HOP COMMENCED SHORTLY AFTER THAT. 
lucky it never rained :)
and it ended off quite well...
but thanks to the barbeque, i gt two injuries on my hands :(
lucky those two are just the minor ones :)

these few days had been tiring, but fun. :)

i think that my school life would not be that fun without these few days.

lets talk abt yesterday......

after house showcase training, i went to help the councillors out.

was quite shocked when heard that i was the onli OGL who went there. 

and in the end, i got thanks from them. *touched* XD

and then i saw two birds, 1 dead and 1 injured. 

cant do anything to help them though. :(

then after that, met jonathan lau and the gang downstairs, at the art gallery. 

and he said i injured his hand. 

and in the end i had to treat him a treat as a form of compensation. but nvm. :)

 at ishimura (northpoint).....

totally fed up with the servant who give a lady behind me her order 1st before mine. 

totally pissed off with him.

today......

nth particular, jus hated the two revision periods. 

never even fully utilised it. 

after that, went for badminton training.

after that, i got my hair cut!!

so-called to be a good example for the J1s coming tomorrow.  :D

yesterday had injured my knees and my right shoulder dislocated (again -_-) during PE lessons.
really painful, but kind of enjoyed it though.
cos it has been a long time since i had a fall or another dislocation of my right shoulder.
duno wats wrong wif my shoulder.
but oh wells, guess i cant do anythin abt it. *shrugs* :)

today, put simply, a busy day.
and it was kind of fun. :)
morning, had lessons as usual, till 1235.
after that, went for CVD meeting.
thought it will take a long time, but in the end its very short.
and then before my CCA training starts, managed to finish my 20 GP articles (FINALLY!!! XD)

during CCA training, did lots of jumpings.
jump til my leg muscles so frickin painful.
but the pain goes off very very fast.
it was gone before i even realised it.
nicee~~ :)

after that, at around 1620, excused myself for OGL showcase performance (to the teachers).
well, wat i can say about our performance is that it is AWESOME!!
totally enjoyed it. XD

after everything else.....
went to GOOD NEWS Cafe, and bought a blueberry blend.
didnt know it is so tasty. :O
and then the auntie gave me an extra muffin for FREE!!! >w<

and tmr is the time where OGL shirts will be given out!! YAY!!!! XD

school ends earlier than usual!
but sadly, had to stay back for badminton training.

today's training was kinda fun. (eventhou it hurts my feet alot :P)
before we called it a day, had a match with katherine against two other badminton friends.
and we won 15-21, 21-16, 21-15. hahas xD
eventhou, felt a bit unhappy cos that stupid jason (if u know who i mean) still can jump so high for smashes althou he said to the coach that 'nail pierced into toe'. EXCUSES.
and summore he tried to suan me (i think) by saying: "I can only smash when i play with you". WAT THE HELL. 




after that, dragging my sore feet to the atm at yishun mrt station to take money.
jus realised that i spent quite a lot eventhou its jus halfway thru the 1st month of the year. :(


went back home using the pair of sore feet. 
well, a good exercise i suppose. :)
and on the way, i enjoyed my bak kut teh!! ;P


jus looked thru friend's blogs.
and realised that agnes said i m spamming on her twitter wall. :(
but never mind. :D
at least its better than some direct sarcastic comments directly on your face. 


gotta take some rest now, if not i might not be able to make it for OGL training tomorrow. :)

today felt weird. really really weird.
it had been a long time since i was feeling down.....
and today, i felt down for no reason.

today i felt very flared up oso.
all because of the stupid printing card.
don't know how many times i had changed it, each with a lower value.
and it still won't work.
wat the hell.
but with the help of khairul, managed to print out the stuffs that we are supposed to print.
can't imagine that i m so suay. FML.

and then, i had no idea why would i thought of me not being myself.
its just that i don't want my soul to stay in this big and bulky shell (aka my body).
guess its too different from what i had expected of myself.
but oh wells, this is what's been given to me. can't do anything about it.

A BUSY "FIRST DAY" OF SCHOOL XD

today's quite an interesting day, cos finally school reopens!!! xD

woke up quite 'early' (FYI i woke up at 6 and i tot its quite late -_-)

and as usual, reached school before 7. xD

after that, in school........

and indeed, it rained!!! hahas xD

today, our CT talked a lot, very lot.....

then choir ended at 730pm. and OMG it was raining!!!

then realised today's my dad's birthday!!!! jus called him to wish him happy birthday. :)

so i changed my plan to sewing my PE shorts for today. 

luckily took some time to read thru the notes again before i go to sleep. :)

today....

a lot of things happened. 

first comes the "IMPORTANT" math test. first test of the year some more. xD

a 3-hr paper, and its for training of our A levels at the end of this year.

sadly only managed to finish half of the 15 questions, and left others blank. :(

hope i will pass with the half-done paper. xP

nxt comes CCA training. it has been a long time since i touched my badminton rackets. :)

but, as compared to other trainings that i had, today's training is the most beneficial one. 

and more painful too. :(

gt muscle cramps on my triceps, my left leg, and even my stomach. 

but suddenly love those kind of feelings thou, since it's been a long time of no training. xD

took a hard time to reach home (all because of the cramps and exhaustion)

but luckily no need to go for OGL TRAINING >:P

if not i think my cramps will get even worse. hahas :D

then both of them argued......( in a friendly way of cos)

then here comes the EPIC part (at this time mr chua was 'bragging' and praising hw smart is belinda. a good action to provoke ppl)
"...........let GONE-BYS BE GONE-BYS." (when it was supposed to be ' let bygones be bygones', and i seriously like this part!! hahas :P)
and of course ppl's natural reaction continued. hahas :P

then he tried to defend himself by saying: " i didn't use these kind of statements quite often, and that's why i got it wrong." hahas. excuses :P

and today's lecture ended half an hour earlier. (Y)

today.....IS IT REALLY A SCHOOL DAY? xP

well, today was a funny school day....

first off, there are so little students in the school!!
and second, almost all the facilities are locked. (miss lim had to go open the LT herself)

so conclusion: today is more like a SCHOOL HOLIDAY than a normal school day. hahas xD

anyways, today was quite an interesting day for me. :)
why?
COS I JOINED CHOIR!!!
didn't realise that YJ Chorale is such a fun CCA (and its members are very funny too! xP)
[P/S: why did i join choir? cos i was told by someone that choir does not have enough people, and so i jus joined it. right agnes? :P]

ok anyways, today's training was seriously funny.
we started off with a warm up that goes like this:
'do'
'do re do'
'do re mi re do' and so on.........
then i sang along, but then i stopped halfway.
COS I WAS CONFUSED WITH THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE "thing". hahas xP

oh oh and there was this guy called noel standing beside me (pronounced like 'no-earl' xP)
who sang and sang........
but ended up wif jus anyhow 'la la la la la la la.....' (and it sounds off-tune. very off)

and then we had a dance and song training for the Glee version of Teenage Dream...
it turned out quite well done. :)
and i was surprised when Danielle (or is it Danelle? aiya dunno how to spell her name la) said that this dance took the choir team ETERNITY to learn. O_O
and then, noel suggested to end the song with a turn, and i was like 'what.......?' -_-'''

well after the choir training and open house stuff preparation, went for a short lunch at the school canteen, and off to a 2-hr bio lecture. :)

looks like mr chua still hvnt changed his habit of  "YOU MUST BE PASSIONATE ABOUT BIOLOGY" though. hahas :D
and i think he targets Khairul even more frequent now. Khairul watch out. hahas xD
